5M Ranch is home to Carolyn Rice Quarter Horses in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Head trainer, Carolyn Rice, specializes in western all around horses. She has taken many riders and horses from level 1 competition to competing in the level 3 events. Carolyn has helped many young riders achieve NCAA equestrian scholarships through their youth showing successes.

Carolyn has been in the Quarter Horse industry for over 40 years, fueled by a love of coaching and deep respect for our equine partners. During this time, she has coached multiple horses and riders to world championship titles and won multiple herself. Her coaching and training program has seen people from entry level competition all the way through world show level events. Whether you are a youth rider looking to gain an NCAA equestrian scholarship or a select rider looking to reach the next level, there is a place for you at Carolyn Rice Quarter Horses. CRQH is a program designed to insure both horse and rider have the maximum success in relation to their goals.
